Deposit Policy
- We require a 100% advance deposit for one (1) night stays.
- We require a 50% advance deposit for multiple night stays.
- We guarantee your room and do not overbook.
- If you are delayed in arriving or leave early, you are
responsible for the entire stay.

Cancellation Policy
- More than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date:
$30.00 processing fee plus $2.70 tax.
- Between eight (8) and fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date:
full credit toward a future stay, to be used based on availability
within one year.
- Seven (7) days or less prior to arrival date:
loss of entire deposit.
